Do you offer remote consultations?

During these unprecedented times, we are committed to continue serving our community as safely as possible. Babies being able to eat optimally is essential! So we are continuing home visits, but ensuring all possible precautions are being taken. We will never go to a visit feeling under the weather (and please let us know if you or someone in your home is feeling ill), as well as wear a face mask, wash and sanitize hands diligently and always double sanitize all equipment! If you have any concerns or requests, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Illness Policy

If you the parent, your infant or someone in your household has cold/flu-like symptoms and/or a fever in the last 14 days please contact us immediately to reschedule your in-person appointment or change to an online appointment for the safety of other families. Please contact us for this change at a minimum of 24 hours prior to appointment time. Regardless of timing, cancellation charges related to illness will be waived for the remainder of the COVID-19 crisis.

Rescheduling & Cancellation

We respect your time and know how hard life is with a newborn! If you need to reschedule or change your appointment for any reason, please notify us 24 hours minimum prior to your visit time (more time is appreciated!). If you do not notify us before at least 24 hours prior or you will be subject to a $50 fee. The more notice we are able to have, the more families we are able to assist with the limited number of hours in the day!
